Experiments using mud, sticks, dirt and masking tape

Another Experiment: Reeds by the water.
Found charcoal and water on paper.
I took a chunk of charcoal that I found earlier and used my knife to crush it into a nook in a large porous rock that I was sitting on.
I then added water until it formed a rough, gritty paste and brushed it into my sketchbook using my fingers.
